Eco-Dyed™ is Spectrum Yarns, Inc. trademark for all yarns dyed by Spectrum.

All dyes and chemicals used are in compliance and qualify as environmentally Friendly dyes with minimal or no negative impact on the environment.

All manufacturing process and dyeing at Spectrum are designed to be Eco-Friendly. The Spectrum Manufacturing Environment is Green in every way.

Dyes and Chemicals

We do not use hazardous AZO dyes or heavy metal dyes. Before any dyes or chemical are added to our processing, a thorough review is conducted to assure no damaging effects tot he environment and humans.

MBDC Certification

Spectrum is "Silver" certified by MBDC for all our 360^o™ PET (polyester) sustainable dyed yarns.

Effluent Disposal

All dyeing effluent is treated and returned to the Kings Mountain City Water System in total compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Energy Conservation

Systems and controls are in place to assure energy consumption is minimized.
