HIGH UPF YARNS
Natural Polyester - UPF Protection built into the yarn
FULL DULL	TiO2 is an excellent UV absorber. Full dull POLYESTER provides excellent UVB protection.
UV ABSORBER	UV absorber added to POLYESTER during extrusion. Offers excellent UVB protection.
SDOB	Semi-dull optically brightened POLYESTER offers excellent UVB protection.
Dyed Yarns - UPF protection added during the dyeing process
COTTON	UV absorber for COTTON is added during dyeing or bleaching to greatly improve the UPF rating. Offers UVA and UVB protection.
POLYESTER	UV absorber for POLYESTER is added during dyeing to greatly improve the UPF rating.
GENERAL COMMENTS	The following parameters influence UPF: fiber type, fabric construction and thickness, type of dye used and color dyed, UV absorber, delustrant (synthetics), optical brightener, finishing chemicals.
